Ben Cluff joined the firm in 2000, after graduating cum laude from the University of Idaho, College of Law. While in law school, Ben was a member of the Idaho Law Review, where he served as the Managing Editor and authored the article Federal Term Limits in Idaho: Once, Twice, Three Times Unconstitutional? Ben is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Idaho. He is a member of the Idaho State Bar Association, Idaho Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice, and has attained the status of a "Rising Star" on superlawyers.com. Ben focuses his practice on personal injury, insurance litigation, business disputes, and general civil trial practice. Prior to attending law school, Ben received his bachelor’s degree in Business Management (with emphasis on Finance) from Brigham Young University in 1995. To give back to the community, Ben currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Twin Falls Public Library and is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Magic Valley Rehabilitation Services.
He was raised in Twin Falls, Idaho, and in his free time Ben enjoys running, mountain biking and fly fishing. Ben also speaks Spanish.
Included among Ben's reported opinions is Hudelson v. Delta Intl. Mach. Corp., 142 Idaho 244, 127 P.3d 147 (2005).
