Charlie Hepworth is an experienced and accomplished trial lawyer who devotes his practice to representing individuals with claims for personal injury or wrongful death. Mr. Hepworth has more than 20 years of experience as a lawyer in Idaho. He currently handles various types of personal injury cases, with an emphasis on medical malpractice.

Mr. Hepworth graduated from Stanford University in 1978. He obtained his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law in 1981. Mr. Hepworth has practiced law in Idaho since 1983. He currently practices at the firm’s Boise office. Mr. Hepworth is also licensed to practice law in California.

Mr. Hepworth has been lead counsel in numerous cases which have resulted in verdicts or settlements in excess of a million dollars.  Most notably, Mr. Hepworth obtained a $6.15 million verdict in 2006 for the family of a 28-year-old woman who died as a result of a medical error.  Mr. Hepworth also obtained a $7.55 million verdict against St. Luke's Hospital in a wrongful death case in 2001.
