Charlie Hepworth devotes his practice to representing individuals with claims for personal injury or wrongful death. Mr. Hepworth has more than 25 years of experience as a lawyer in Idaho. He currently handles various types of personal injury cases, with an emphasis on medical malpractice.  Mr. Hepworth has his office in Boise, where he represents the injured party and their families exclusively.

Mr. Hepworth was born and raised in Twin Falls County, Idaho and attended Stanford University as an undergraduate where he graduated with a degree in English in 1978. Mr. Hepworth obtained his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law in 1981. 

Mr. Hepworth is proud to announce that in 2008 he was invited to be a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the premier legal associations in America.  Fellowship in the College is extended by invitation only, and membership cannot exceed one percent of the total lawyer population of any state.

Mr. Hepworth has also been consistently recognized by The Best Lawyers in America and Mountain States Super Lawyers during the past several years in the field of personal injury litigation.  Mr. Hepworth was rated one of the top 75 lawyers in all fields by the Mountain States Super Lawyers for 2009.

Mr. Hepworth has been lead counsel in numerous cases which have resulted in verdicts or settlements in excess of a million dollars.  Two of the more noteworthy include a $6.15 million verdict that Mr. Hepworth obtained in 2006 for the family of a 28-year-old woman who died as a result of a medical error, and a $7.55 million verdict he obtained against St. Luke's Hospital in a wrongful death case in 2001.

Mr. Hepworth and his wife, Margaret, have four children:  Haley (20), Matt (18), Mark (16), and Grace (11).  In addition to spending time with his family, Charlie enjoys various sports activities, including biking and skiing.  Charlie also has volunteered as a board member for various local community groups, and is currently serving on the board of trustees for the Capitol Youth Sports Association.
